Game of Thrones: A Telltale Games Series - Announcement Trailer
Telltale Games was chosen as the preferred partner thanks to their success in previous licensed ventures, such as The Walking Dead video game series.
The big news about the Game of Thrones 2014 Video Game, is that Telltale are widening their “double character” format from their game: "Tales from the Borderlands", to no less than 5 playable characters, all related to one another.
The choices that you make for each character will affect everyone in the family, adding a whole new layer of complexity to the game.
Rumour has it that the action centres on the storyline where Stannis Baratheon is trying to quash the Bolton’s takeover of the north. The game will probably feature one of the families affect by the war. So it's a pretty close time period to where the show is on the TV.
Until the episodes are released, the one thing we are sure about is that the Rumour Mill will continue to circulate. They are certainly managing to create some buzz around the launch.
